Im thinking. not really. but Lidl recently had artichoke hearts (in a can). They are pretty good, alone or on a salad. I bought about 30 cans. they do not always have them. And I discovered that they have free range eggs. that seems like a healthy choice. I like brussels sprouts, but they are difficult to find. sometimes Mega has them. Sometimes Mega also has coconuts. they are inconsistent.

I also favor nature. I have a large garden at my house, with a great view of the mountains. And am located very close to the woods. My garden consumes a lot of my time, but I enjoy it. I planted a lot of trees, and like to see them grow and flourish. And some realizeaza fruits and nuts. :)

Working in my garden, watching videos. I also have a house in a nearby village. I enjoy going there and doing things, and visiting neighbors. I sometimes take long walks, but am usually too busy, taking care of two houses, etc. Walking is certainly a healthy activity. And less stressful than digging holes and planting trees. :)
